This Privacy Policy explains how NOCTVERSE (“we”, “us”, “our”) — a software, design, and AI development studio based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit noctverse.com (the “Site”) or contact us. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and to meet our legal and business record-keeping needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
